Background

Target Group
People with disabilities or partial disabilities.
Reasons:

Model Experiment 1



First Material: Sticks, Hinges, Gears
Focus of Structural Experiment:

Second Material: Planks, round rods, hinges, acrylic plates, gears, motors, steering gears, syringes
Structure Experiment: The experiment failed; the design of the backrest and support plate was too complex.

The issue from Experiment 2 has been resolved.

Use computer modeling to confirm structural connections and scale.

A small robotic arm and lifting device are 3D printed, while the motor box and lifting box are cut from transparent acrylic plates.

Assembly of the Chair
The backplate and support plate are fixed, the steering gear and seat plate are secured, and the bearing is connected to the steering gear.
Hide the Extruded Structure Adjust according to the user's leg length.

Third Material: Wood board, acrylic plate, gears, motor, steering transmission, fixed wheel, universal wheel, spring, infrared receiver.

Principle: The small robotic arm connects the seat plate, backplate, and support plate, controlling the back and legs through the steering gear. All movements are controlled via infrared remote control.
Model 3 has already implemented the expected functions.
